I was wondering when people take like 3 weeks to finish a song. Do you guys work on it everyday or intermittently cuz when i do a song i can only work on it for maybe 2-3 day for like 6 hours total. You think i should take more time on my songs?
Also what Vsti's do you use. I use nexus. Also if u use nexus can you recommend any good expansion packs. Thanks a lot man i really appreciate it.
When we say three weeks we dont mean night and day three weeks. Atleast when I say it. I've taken up to a few months on a track, but that just means I'll take breaks here and there and put probably 24+ hours into it. I usually construct the basic song, then go back and add touches (Thats what takes the longest)
I do use Nexus, but no expansion packs atm. Ima learn to make my own leads sometime before I make things easier for myself XD
