MUSIC USAGE

Dear everyone,

I am NOT and have NEVER BEEN affiliated with DJ Smiter. As I've stated before, you have my full permission to use my tracks in your Youtube videos as you see fit. If you are getting a copyright claim on Youtube from this DJ Smiter guy, DISPUTE THE CLAIM. Then shoot "info@merlinnetwork.org" an E-mail saying they're falsely accusing people of copyright claims, as the guy stole MY music.

Thank you to everyone who has brought this to my attention. This is NOT OKAY with me, and frankly has me a little peeved that not only would someone steal my music and sell it, but then try and protect it with copyrights... I have already contacted DJ Smiter's Record label that he was signed to and they were very understanding and quick to respond. I have also contacted this Merlin label engine and I'm still waiting on that response.

Once again you have my permission to use my tracks in your videos. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. Hopefully we can get this all sorted out soon enough...
